Use of the Service requires account registration. You agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and current information • Maintain the security of your account information • Be responsible for all activities under your account • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use

You agree not to: • Use the Service for illegal purposes • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service • Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or related systems • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service • Use the Service for competitive purposes

• We strive to provide accurate and timely monitoring services but do not guarantee 100% accuracy or availability • Monitoring frequency and alert delays may vary due to technical limitations • You are responsible for promptly responding to alerts and taking appropriate action

• Certain features may require paid subscriptions • Subscription fees are charged at the start of the subscription period • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but existing subscriptions will not be affected

The Service and all its content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software) are the property of DomainWatcher or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service
